While we enjoy sipping a nice whiskey on the rocks – sometimes you just need a little something extra. This Vanilla Grapefruit Whiskey is a simple but delicious take on an all time favorite liquor. The vanilla bean is crisp, subtle, and perfectly balanced by the acidic fresh squeezed grapefruit juice.
We are not fans of sweet cocktails, which makes this Dry Vanilla Bean Soda a great mixer find! Re-creating this libation is simple: Pour your whiskey shot(s) in a glass with the fresh squeezed grapefruit juice [over ice], top off with the Vanilla Bean Soda – and there you have yourself a quick cocktail!
½ cup Dry Vanilla Bean Soda (or 3/4 of a can)
3 oz. whiskey (Jack Daniels is our go to)
3 tbs (or more) fresh squeezed grapefruit juice + a slice to garnish
